Dr. Peterson acquired his Bachelor of Science degree from Luther College in 1977. In 1981, he graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery. Continuing his studies at University of Iowa, he completed his Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Training in 1985. He went on to the University of Toronto and earned his Master of Science in Orthodontics in 1990. He is a former president of the Dane County Dental Society as well as an active member of both the American Association of Orthodontists and the Wisconsin Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Peterson has been practicing orthodontics throughout the Madison area since 1993. He treats patients at the Gammon Road, Verona and Northport Drive offices.
Dr. Bird graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994 and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University in 2000. Continuing his studies at Marquette University, he received a Master of Science degree in Orthodontics in 2002. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Wisconsin Society of Orthodontists and is the 2012 President of the Dane County Dental Society. Dr. Bird has been practicing orthodontics in Madison since 2002, treating patients at all four Orthodontic Specialists of Madison locations. Dr. Bird is also one of the orthodontic chairs at Max Pohle Dental Clinic, located in Meriter Hospital. Dr. Bird was named one of "Madison's Top Dentists" by Madison Magazine, most recently in the September 2009 issue.
Dr. Juhlin graduated from Luther College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Nursing. In 2001, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Continuing her studies there, Dr. Juhlin completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate Program in 2002. Two years later, she obtained her Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science Degree in Orthodontics. She is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Wisconsin Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Juhlin treats patients at all four Orthodontic Specialists of Madison locations.
